The most common questions about designations, availability and orders. If you cannot find the answer — write to us; selection is our daily work.

01How do I find a bearing when I only know the dimensions?
Use the dimension search: enter the bore diameter d, the outside diameter D and the width B. The catalogue will show every item that fits the seat, including other seal and clearance variants.
02What do suffixes such as 2Z, 2RSR or C3 mean?
They describe the design. The most common: 2Z — shields on both sides, 2RSR — contact seals on both sides, C3 — internal clearance greater than normal, used at higher operating temperatures. The full explanation for a specific symbol is in the manufacturer datasheet you can download from the product page.
03What is the difference between „24 h dispatch” and „to order”?
„24 h dispatch” means the item is in our warehouse — we ship the same day for orders placed before 2 p.m. „To order” means we bring the item in from the manufacturer; we show the expected lead time and, when the manufacturer provides specific delivery dates, those dates.
04Can I order an equivalent of another manufacturer's designation?
Yes. The search recognises common competitor designations and suggests the FAG or INA equivalent. Items matched through the substitution table are always marked as equivalents rather than the exact symbol you typed — the decision stays with you.
05I have a list of several dozen items. Do I have to enter them one by one?
No. Paste the whole list into quick order — one item per line, in the format „symbol quantity”. We recognise symbols and quantities, you just confirm the cart. If the list needs pricing, send it as a request for quotation.
06Do you issue VAT invoices?
For every order, always. We do not sell against receipts. Business customers find their invoices in the customer panel.
07Do you sell abroad?
Yes, we ship across the European Union with DHL or GLS. Prices in euro appear once you switch the country; for companies with a valid EU VAT number we apply the reverse charge rules.
08I am not sure I selected the right bearing.
Tell us what the machine is, what the loads, speeds and operating temperature are, and which bearing worked there before. Selection is our daily work — better to check before buying than to replace the assembly after a failure.
