How items of the same size differ
One seat size comes in several designs. The suffix tells them apart: 2Z means shields on both sides, 2RSR contact seals, C3 a clearance greater than normal (for higher operating temperatures); no clearance suffix means normal CN. For dirty environments choose contact seals, for high speed a shield.
How to measure a bearing
The bore d takes the shaft, the outside diameter D sits in the housing, B is the ring width. Measure with a caliper on a cold, cleaned bearing; catalogue sizes are whole millimetres or halves, so a reading of 24.97 mm means 25 mm.
